Need to Return a product?

To return a product to Madhouse Fishing Tackle, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department via Email from the contact us page or by telephone.

NOTE
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We will need the following information to authorize your return:
       - Customer name
       - Invoice number
       - Item part number(s)
       - Reason for return request

Madhouse Fishing Tackle Generaly accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days of purchase. However, Madhouse Fishing Tackle reserves the right to deny product returns beyond the 30 day period. If the product is accepted, one of the following will apply.

• CREDIT ON FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

• EXACT ITEM EXCHANGE

• A FULL CASH REFUND
