Shipping Policies:

Madhouse Fishing Tackle will in most cases ship your item(s) within 24 to 48 hours of the order entry.  If for any reason this schedule can not be met, you will be notified within 24 hours.

Madhouse Fishing Tackle offers insurance on all orders, however if you decline the insurance,  Madhouse Fishing Tackle WILL NOT  be responsible for lost or damaged products while in the shipping services possession.  (UPS shipments are automatically insured for the first $100.00 in value)  Additional insurance for UPS shipments will be charged accordingly.

All policies concerning shipping to an uncomfirmed address when paying for your order via PayPal, will fall under the shipping policies of Paypal.  In cases where an unconfirmed shipping address is used Madhouse Fishing Tackle may opt to assess nominal delivery confirmation charges.

Tracking your order:

If a tracking number is available (if provided from the shipping services), this number will be forwarded to you with instructions on how to use this information.
